What is your Refund Policy? I believe you need to see the physical artwork before you can decide whether or not it is the one for you. I like to give Collectors a 14 day turnaround time. After 7 days if you find that the artwork is not suitable, you will be refunded in full (after notifying me to arrange its return, at your expense). The work must arrive back to the studio in its original condition.
What is your shipping process and cost? I offer various shipping options for clients in the Republic of Ireland. UK and EU destination charges are added at the checkout stage. For destinations outside the EU and UK please contact me directly. I take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Collection from my Studio in Harold's Cross may be arranged in advance. If you would like me to send it by courier, your painting will be carefully packaged by me to ensure no damage in transit. You will receive regular updates by email as to when to expect delivery. I use a trusted courier service and to date I have had a 100% satisfaction rate in door-to-door deliveries to Collectors. Shipping costs to other destinations vary based on the size and destination of your order. This is calculated at the checkout stage. For larger work, I recommend you contact me in advance of your order so that I can source the best shipping quote for you.
How do I care for and frame my purchased artwork? Glass, while protecting the work can create a reflective barrier between the viewer and the painting. My multi-layered approach to painting means there is a build-up of several layers of paint and collage over time, including isolation coats and a professional durable varnish to finish. As it is fully sealed, the painting can also be experienced by touching the surface which can be wiped with a damp cloth if needed. If you would like further advice, I am happy to help you.
What Materials do you Use? I use professional-grade materials with exceptional lightfastness. The painting supports are high quality Italian stretched canvas, gesso primed birch panels and archival papers. The final vanish has a UV filter and protects the painting without the need for framing with glass.
